Our business started from humble beginnings from a few Christmas gingerbread houses baked in a small bakery and given as Christmas presents to friends, to a business which continues to grow each year and creates custom designed gingerbread houses, cute cookie bouquets, corporate gifts, cookie pops, photo cookies, logo cookies and cookie favours for 21st, engagements, weddings etc, in fact our products can be used for any event.
We are passionate about creating an edible masterpiece for your gift or event which not only tastes amazing but will looks incredible as well. Each gingerbread product is created by our That Gingerbread Place Crew lovingly, as if it was being given to their own family or friend.
Collectively we have over 80 years experience between the crew in creating cookie and cake products.
Our baker is an award winning pastrychef with over 35 years experience in the baking industry, he has displayed his products at industry trade shows and judged at the Royal Sydney Easter Show, Royal Canberra Show and other state competitions. He has trialed and tested gingerbread and chocolate bread recipes until he found the right balance of flavours that make our gingerbread the best gingerbread product in Australia.
