Our baker Ross, is an award winning pastrycook with over 35 years experience in the baking industry, he has displayed his products at industry trade shows and judged at the Royal Sydney Easter Show, Royal Canberra Show and other state competitions. He has trialed and tested gingerbread and chocolate bread recipes until he found the right balance of flavours that make our gingerbread the best gingerbreads in Australia.
