We were asked to create a monster gingerbread house for the filming of the Living Room Halloween show for October, 2015.

Our brief was to create a house large enough for children to walk into, spooky themed and also for the children to be able to break and have a piece when filming.

Day one was with Miguel baking gingerbread at our store and day 2 at Rouse Hill Regional Park.   It was funny seeing our customers with their noses pressed on the window trying to take a peak of Miguel at the store. Miguel is exactly as he is on tv, warm, loud and  extremely funny! .

Halloween Gingerbread House

The house was build at the store and then moved by van to the park so filming could commence with the gingerbread prop. Most of the shoot was completed late afternoon to take advantage of the  afternoon light.

After two very long days of filming the segment was completed and will be aired late October.   We are eagerly awaiting  seeing the magic the fabulous film crew have created. Watch the episode here!
