GENERAL INFORMATION

WHAT IS IN YOUR GINGERBREAD HOUSE KIT?

• We supply everything required – instructions,  4 gingerbread sides of the house, 2 gingerbread roof pieces, 2  gingerbread trees cookies per kit, cellophane sheet, ribbon, board, piping bag and our special icing to assemble your masterpiece.
• House size fully assembled is L 22 cm x W 15 cm x H 18 cm. Weight approx 1300 gms
• We do not supply lollies in the kits – most people prefer to theme the houses and purchase their own lollies. However, if you would like us to provide them we can at – an additional cost.

It’s so easy! Simply organise a group of enthusiastic people, provide them with one of our gingerbread kits and let their imaginations run wild with ideas for creating their own unique gingerbread house. The possibilities are endless and all will have a great time assembling their creations!!

There are three steps to organising this event:

1. Collect your orders by asking potential attendees: Don’t forget some may wish to give these as gifts to their friends, they do not all need to built on the day
2. Secure your booking with us by submitting your order online or calling us. (Orders over 20 – we do require a  50% deposit of the total balance to be paid to secure your booking. Final numbers and balance  are to be paid 2 weeks prior to delivery)
3. Confirm the date and we can deliver the kits prior to your construction day. Sydney based folk –  with enough notice  – we maybe able to deliver to the venue.

What organisations have fundraised with us?

• Preschools, schools, church groups, sporting organisations, in fact any legitimate organisation who needs to raise funds.

Is there a minimum order and can we change the numbers closer to the day?

• No  – any number of  gingerbread kits can be purchased.
• Numbers can be increased closer to the date but cannot be decreased by more than 10. We try and make the experience with That Gingerbread Place as easy as possible for you.

Delivery – when should you book this for?

• We recommend (especially for rural areas), book the kits in for delivery at least one week prior to the date they are needed in case there are transport/courier delays which may cause you unnecessary angst.
• FYI –  The product has a shelf life of 3 months and we bake and pack 7 days a week to keep up with demand at peak season so you can be assured your product will be fresh.
• Deliveries are strictly Monday to Friday as the transport companies do not work on the weekends
