Believe it or not, EVERY GINGERBREAD COOKIE you purchase from us is HAND DECORATED down to every last detail. Our gingerbread cookies are made using only the finest quality ingredients and then hand decorated with our very own tasty fondant. Finally, we add a little extra love to ensure that every cookie is as an edible work of art making each gift extra special for your loved ones! We are also the only company in Australia who customise Gingerbread Houses for edible corporate gifts - they truly are a spectacular gift and are generous in size.

They LOOK good, but do they taste good? We think so, and if you like freshly baked Gingerbread Cookies baked from scratch with no premixes are dairy free and have NO PRESERVATIVES we think you will enjoy them too! Children of all ages love them as they have just the right balance of spices, not too strong but not too light either!

If you think we pay a lot of attention to detail when we decorate our cookies, wait till you see how we package them. We make sure that every That Gingerbread Cookie is individually wrapped and protected to prevent damage to the cookie or the work of art that has been created on it. Once assembled into a bouquet or basket, all of our gifts are again bubble wrapped and surrounded with extra cushioning before they are boxed and shipped across the country to your friend, family member or business associate. Our Cookies FAQs

>Do your cookies contain nuts? We do not use nuts in our decorated cookies, however we do use ingredients that may have come into contact with nuts during the manufacturing process and do NOT recommend anyone with food allergies eat our cookies as a precaution.

>How long will my cookies retain their quality and freshness? It is recommended that you eat your cookies within six weeks of receiving them to enjoy them at their best.

>Can I make any changes to the products listed on your web site? Yes, you may contact our customer service team members for any customisation required to your order. You will be charged a customisation fee based on the amount of changes you require.

>Are any of your products sugar-free? No, at this time we do not offer any sugar-free products. We can offer our biscuits with no fondant and being simply decorated with our own royal icing if you prefer to cut down on the sugar.

>What if I am not satisfied with my cookies? The That Gingerbread Place Crew work very hard to ensure that our products taste as good as they look and are packaged to arrive safe and sound to their final destination. We are confident our products and services will exceed your expectations, if you are not totally satisfied, we want to know about it . Just call or e-mail one of our That Gingerbread Place Customer Service Crew members and they will assist you promptly. Phone: 8850 1340.

>Delivery; Local couriers are used for Sydney metro. Other states are either couriers or Aust Post. We will check for the fastest delivery time to ensure the cookies arrive quickly and safely. Delivery charged via internet is to one location only, additional fees apply for multiple delivery locations on the one order.

>Will my cookies break during shipping? That Gingerbread Place takes enormous pride in seeing your cookies delivered safely. We wrap each cookie individually before it is assembled into a bouquet or a gift basket. Each bouquet is than protected with bubble wrap and placed in a box for delivery.

>What is the cost of shipping? We charge a standard delivery fee to the Sydney metro area. All areas outside the Sydney metro will incur an additional fee. The fee charged to deliver to the other states are at the discretion of the courier.

Placing an Order

>How far in advance can I place my order? As early as you like, we will then bake your order and deliver on the scheduled day to ensure your order arrives fresh from the oven!

>If I place my order today, will it arrive by tomorrow? Because we create, bake, decorate and pack your order exclusively for you we do need 2 days notice for cookie bouquets and for larger orders over 100 cookies need 2 weeks notice. Of course we will try and accommodate most requests so if you do need these in a rush please ring 88501340 and speak to one of the team.

>How do I know your company received my online order? You will receive a phone call from one of our gang regarding payment of your order as well as an e-mail confirmation once your order is received. Please read over the confirmation so we are able to make any adjustments prior to delivering your order before the products are made.

>What if I need to change or cancel my order? Please call us at 02 88501340 or 0412 045 427 and one of That Gingerbread Crew will assist you. Please note: We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been baked and couriered. We reserve the right to impose a 30% cancellation fee of monies paid if orders are cancelled one week prior to delivery and a 50% cancellation fee of monies paid if cancelled within 48 hours prior to delivery.

>How do corporate clients pay for their goodies? All corporate orders must be paid for before dispatch. We do accept Mastercard/Amex/Visa or can accept direct deposit.
