What ingredients are in our gingerbread recipe?

Ingredients in our gingerbread houses  are locally grown in  Australia.  Our kits are dairy free and have no added preservatives.

Listed below, in order of quantities within each recipe  are the ingredients in our gingerbread houses.

GINGERBREAD
– Wheaten Flour
– Golden Syrup
– Brown Sugar
– Canola Margarine (non dairy) vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (soybean lecithin, 471, natural flavour, antioxidant (307b), food acid (330), natural colour (160a)
– Eggs
– Bi Carb Soda
– Baking Powder
– Ground Ginger
– Cinnamon
– Nutmeg
– Water added- Colours which may be used for decorating cookies /biscuits  102,122,124,133

GLUTEN FREE GINGERBREAD
– Gluten Free Flour
– Golden Syrup
– Brown Sugar
– Canola Margarine (non dairy) vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (soybean lecithin, 471, natural flavour, antioxidant (307b), food acid (330), natural colour (160a)
– Eggs
– Xantham Gum
– Bi Carb Soda
– Baking Powder
– Cinnamon
– Ground Ginger
– Nutmeg
– Water added

We bake using 100% gluten free ingredients however, we do produce other  cake products with gluten in our store and although we take the utmost care when sterilising the work area, there maybe minor traces of air borne gluten flour in the premise and ovens,  hence we label product Gluten free.  Please be assured we do take the utmost care when producing this product.
