” Our NEW SMALLER SIZE house “–   Kit contains: 2 roof pieces, 4 walls, 2 trees, icing to assemble house, board, piping bag, instructions, cellophane and ribbon to wrap your masterpiece up in.  This house is the roughly the same as others on the market. If a larger house is required or if you have purchased previous years, you may wish to buy  our standard  green label house  

Size of this small house when assembled is – Dimensions – L 170 mm x W 135 mm x H 150 mm. Weigh of kit approx 1 kg

For your convenience the icing is in powder form so no need for refrigeration. Simply add 75 mls of water and mix together, pop mix into the supplied piping bag and start assembling.  Super easy and the icing sets quickly!

  • We supply everything required – instructions,  4 gingerbread sides of the house, 2 gingerbread roof pieces, 2  gingerbread trees cookies per kit, cellophane sheet, ribbon, board, piping bag and our special icing to assemble your masterpiece. our icing is in powder form because
  • Small House size fully assembled is  L 170 mm x W 130 mm x H 150 mm. Weight approx 1 kg – SIMILAR SIZE TO OTHER ON THE MARKET.
  • We do not supply lollies in the kits – most people prefer to theme the houses and purchase their own lollies. However, if you would like us to provide them we can at – an additional cost.

Is there a minimum order and can we change the numbers closer to the day?

  • No  – any number of  gingerbread kits can be purchased.
  • Numbers can be increased closer to the date but cannot be decreased by more than 10. We try and make the experience with That Gingerbread Place as easy as possible for you.

Delivery – when should you book this for?

  • We recommend (especially for rural areas), book the kits in for delivery at least one week prior to the date they are needed in case there are transport/courier delays which may cause you unnecessary angst.
  • FYI –  The product has a shelf life of 3 months and we bake and pack 7 days a week to keep up with demand at peak season so you can be assured your product will be fresh.
  • Deliveries are strictly Monday to Friday as the transport companies do not work on the weekends
